We are reaping the success of all our hard work last year with a really bountiful flower bed. Over the last few weeks we have had french beans (with red sauce!), picked and cooked our courgettes and picked a carrot. The rest of the carrot are being left so that they might grow a bit more!
With the courgettes we made courgette fritters. We grated them ourselves, added flour and cheese and cooked in a frying pan. Not to everyone's taste but we tried them. 😄😋
