Fun and Fitness with the Dairy Council

P5 and P6 had a workshop today with Katherine and Ellen from the Dairy Council. We talked about the five food groups and how to have a healthy balance of food. We hear about the importance of milk based products in our diet as the calcium helps our bones grow strong. They showed us that we need to balance our food intake with the amount of exercise we do. The workshop was really fun with lots of moving around and getting involved.
