Getting to grips with mental maths strategies

P5 have been working on boosting our mental maths powers! We have been investigating various strategies that we can use to work out math problems mentally. Today we were using the iPads (specifically the app ShowMe - Interactive Whiteboard) to record explanations of how we worked out our maths problems.
