Last week P5 were set a rather difficult challenge. We were learning about regular and irregular 2D shapes and had to complete a Tangram activity. The tangram is puzzle consisting of flat shapes, called tans, which are put together to form shapes. The class enjoyed trying to make a square out of 4 tans at first and then making a square out of 5 tans. A very special congratulations to the pupil in our class who was first to find the method to create the square using 5 tans!
