P2 have enjoyed learning about the 2024 Paralympic Games that took place in Paris. We were especially interested in Barry McClements’ progress as he is a former pupil.
We completed a Paralympian profile, made mascots & flags, sorted and tried out different Paralympic sports. We particularly enjoyed watching Barry qualify and participating in a BBC Newsline recording. To complete our topic we wrote ‘Well done’ messages to Barry.
