P1 make potato and leek soup

P1 made potato and leek soup this week. We used the leeks grown in our school garden. The children chopped the vegetables, cooked the stock with the vegetables, blended the soup and then enjoyed their soup with some bread - very tasty! 😋🧅🥔🍞
